Here goes the second page of my Winter 2022 Traveler’s Notebook Album.

I started this page by dapping water color in the background, using a piece of acetate. Then I used texture paste to apply some snowflakes on the background.

Meanwhile, I created a circle template made up of variously sized paper strips. After distressing the edges and adhering the paper strips onto the circle background paper, I ran the entire circle through my sewing machine. Then I attached it to the background page, and added the photo and various embellishments.

Finally, I added the title and cut the circle through the center of the two halves of this Traveler’s Notebook spread.

Hier ist the zweite Seite meines Winter 2022 Traveler’s Notebook Albums.

Zunächst habe ich Wasserfarbe mit Hilfe einer Plastikfolie auf den Hintergrund getupft. Dann habe ich mit Texturpaste ein paar Schneeflocken auf dem Hintergrund aufgebracht.

Inzwischen habe ich mir eine Vorlage geschaffen, die aus einem Kreis bestand, der in verschieden große Papierstreifen geschnitten ist. Nachdem ich die Ränder der Papierstreifen aufgerauht habe, und alles auf einem weiteren Kreis aufgeklebt habe, habe ich den Rand noch einmal mit meiner Nähmaschine umnäht. Dann endlich habe ich den Kreis auf dem Hintergrund befestigt, und mit dem Foto und verschiedenen Elementen dekoriert.

Zuletzt kam noch der Titel hinzu, bevor ich den Kreis auseinanderschneiden musste, damit ich wieder zwei Seiten habe.
