Freebie Friday: Simple Pleasures

La di da, la di da, … I’ve got another template for you. Made this one from my newest page “Simple Pleasures,” and it’s a little exciting for me, because it actually is my template no. 40. Round numbers are always fun – don’t you think? But since I’m sure you’re not really interested in what I’m babbling here, and only stopped by to snatch away your little treat, let’s get down to business. Here’s my latest template freebie … What? Oh, you’re saying thank you? Well, it “simply” is my “pleasure!” Have a good Friday, everyone, happy scrapping, and don’t forget to leave some love, or even a link to one of your finished pages featuring one of my templates! Note: Please do not re-distribute this template in any way (you may share the link to this post), and when you use this template, please make sure to credit it to Misty Hilltops Designs.

Freebie Friday: Heart of Autumn

Yes, yes, you’re right, we’re a little late this time. But at least I managed to get you another template, and that counts for something, right? So, with no further ado, let me present to you my Template No. 39: Heart of Autumn. This template is based on my page “The Heart of Autumn,” which I created for the SSD portfolio last month. I hope you like it. And as always, I’d be really happy, if you link us up with your finished pages, featuring any of my templates. That’s it for today, and as always: Happy Friday, scrappers! Note: Please do not re-distribute this template in any way (you may share the link to this post), and when you use this template, please make sure to credit it to Misty Hilltops Designs.

Freebie Friday: Autumn

Digital Scrapbook Day (DSD) is almost upon us, but before that I managed to get you a new template – despite of all the Culture Week craziness that’s going on this week (busiest week of the year for us). This new template is based on my layout “Cozy Autumn,” and I hope you can find some use for it, sooner or later. As was requested, I also re-uploaded my template No. 26 again, (May Faves), but you have to be quick, because the link will only be up this weekend. Now I have a very busy weekend ahead (probably with very little time for scrapping and DSD celebrations) as tomorrow is the grand finale of Culture Week 2011, followed by a BBQ lunch for the foreign faculty. So, I’m off to bed now, but my wish for you as usual is: Happy Friday scrappers! Note: Please do not re-distribute this template in any way (you may share the link to this post), and when you use this template, please make sure to credit it to …

Enable Me: Autumn Words

If you’ve seen my home-page today, then you’ll know that we’ve got a reason to celebrate. MistyHilltops.com is turning one! And that means, it’s time for a little party. But what’s a birthday without presents? So I prepared this little pack of word strips perfect for your autumn pages. Here’s the layout that inspired those word strips, and maybe it’ll inspire you to play around with word strips yourself! By the way, if you haven’t seen the summer word strips that I created a while back, you can still find the download link in this post HERE. Note: Please do not re-distribute these word strips in any way (you may share the link to this post), and when you use these word strips, please make sure to credit them to Misty Hilltops Designs.

Freebie Friday: Clock

Yes! Freebie Friday is happy Friday. I’m excited, because I have a brand new template from a brand new layout “My Day.” I hope you’ll find some use for it, sooner or later. Anyways, Digital Scrapbook Day is approaching, and I’m thinking of re-uploading some of my older templates again for that special occasion. But I don’t want to have so much work, if it’s just a handful of people who didn’t get them in the first place, or who care about downloading them. So, if you are interested in getting one of those templates from my blog that aren’t available any longer, just shoot me a comment here between now and next Friday, telling me which one you’d like to have, and I’ll fix the links to the most popular ones, or so. Would that be a good deal for you? Anyways, see you around in digiland, and as always: Happy Friday, scrappers! Note: Please do not re-distribute this template in any way (you may share the link to this post), and when you …

Freebie Friday: Tower

Got you a new template to play with this weekend. It’s based on one of my older layouts “Iron Tower,” and so far has been one of my more elaborate templates. I hope you’ll find some time playing with it this weekend, and don’t forget: the download link will only be up temporarily. As always: Happy Friday scrappers! Note: Please do not re-distribute this template in any way (you may share the link to this post), and when you use this template, please make sure to credit it to Misty Hilltops Designs.

Freebie Friday: Wall

I know, it’s a little late – yet again – but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do! At least I got you a new template to play with this week, and that’s something, right? Anyways, for this particular sample, I had to go down deep into the recesses of my digiscrap archives, to dig up this little treasure based on a page that I created almost exactly a year ago to preserve one of my memories of my last trip to the Great Wall. It was part of a double page creation, and the other part actually made the GSO at the time! But enough talking, and on to present you my newest, my latest … TA DA … TEMPLATE!!! Oh, yes, and before I forget: Cindy (have I ever told you she’s one of my favorite template designers?) whipped up a new and pretty pretty freebie template to pick up on her facebook page. Ok, now I’m a little too lazy to hook you up with the facebook link right now. (I …

Freebie Friday: Prevail

It’s free template time, and today’s template is based on my page “Prevail” that I created a just the other day. Hope you’ll have fun with this one. By the way, the reason why I had to cut off all links and set up new ones is because MistyHilltops.com was getting too much traffic last month -something I can’t complain about, but I wasn’t quite prepared for it either, lol! Now I’ve learned my lesson, things are fixed, and you should be able to download everything again as usual. Sorry for any inconveniences and the delay in all. I know using mediafire isn’t the best solution (I myself can’t access it without support), but for now it will have to do. Anyways, wishing you a happy Friday as always! Note: Please do not re-distribute this template in any way (you may share the link to this post), and when you use this template, please make sure to credit it to Misty Hilltops Designs.

Freebie Friday: September

It’s Friday, and that means it’s time for another template. This one is based on my page “September Highlights.” Link is fixed now. Sorry for the delay. Also, Lynette (aka Nettio) has a fantastic free template on her blog, featuring a USA map. She is an awesome scrapper, and usually sells her templates, so if you haven’t grabbed it yet, be sure to stop by her blog to pick up this fabulous two-page template for free. And having said this, all I’m left to do is wish you a happy Friday as always! Note: Please do not re-distribute this template in any way (you may share the link to this post), and when you use this template, please make sure to credit it to Misty Hilltops Designs.

Monday Highlight: Paper Pack 3

Well, I meant to highlight another product today, but it’s kind of really late today (got stuck talking to a dear friend on the phone that I haven’t talked to in years), so I’ll just share my latest paper pack with you and call it a day. Like with the other two packs, these solids coordinate perfectly with the newest SSD Quarterly Assortment (2011, Vol. 3). I just realized that I saved the preview in full jpeg quality. If you don’t want it to waste so much of your disk space, you can save the preview image from here, and replace the one that’s in the folder. The download links to my freebies will be up only temporarily, so make sure you grab them before they’re gone. Note: Please do not re-distribute these papers in any way (you may share the link to this post), and when you use these papers, please make sure to credit them to Misty Hilltops Designs.
