For this one, I started by painting the background with watercolor. Once the color dried, I stamped the faux stitching line, film strip and other elements. Then, after roughing up the edges of the paper, I added the tag that I die cut. For the title, I first watercolored some cardstock and ran it through my die cutting tool with one of my die cut alphas. I did the same with the flowers, punched the snowflake from a punch, and added the word strips.
