A Merry Lake Tour

Eine Seefahrt, die ist …   An adventure of the special kind called us away today. Seafaring (or in our case “lake faring”) was the order of the day. We’d decided to tour Lake Constance in its entirety. We bought tickets and hopped on board of one of the many ships that cruise Lake Constance. And then we spent the next couple of hours enjoying best weather and watching the scenery float by. In Bregenz/Austria we got off the ship and had about two hours to check out the town. And then we cruised all the way back to Meersburg again. Ein Abenteuer der besonderen Art erwartete uns heute. Eine Seefahrt war an der Tagesordnung. Wir wollten einmal den gesamten Bodensee abschippern. Wir kauften die Tickets und gingen dann an Bord eines der vielen Schiffe, die den Bodensee befahren. Und dann verbrachten wir die nächsten Stunden damit, bei bestem Wetter die vorbeiziehende Landschaft zu genießen. In Bregenz/Österreich gingen wir dann von Bord und hatten etwa zwei Stunden Aufenthalt dort. Und dann gings den ganzen Weg …

A Trip to Radolfzell

Ein Besuch in Radolfzell   Vacation mode is back in full swing, and that means, day tripping. Our trip of the day took us to Radolfzell, where we wanted to go shopping. And since we weren’t that far from the downtown area, we decided to make a quick trip into town as well for some ice-cream and internet. Bin wieder voll in Ferienstimmung und das bedeutet Tagesausflüge. Die Reise heute führte uns nach Radolfzell, wo wir shoppen gehen wollten. Und da wir nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt waren, beschlossen wir, noch einen kleinen Abstecher dorthin zu machen, für ein Eis und Internet.

Of course, they sell a lot of stuff as well, but you’ll can find free things every week. And what’s best, it’s even ok for commercial use. Check it out HERE. Wenn ihr gerne kostenlose Leckerbissen wie Schriftarten, Elemente und mehr mögt, dann solltet ihr mal die Webseite von Creative Market ansehen. Natürlich verkaufen sie dort auch eine Menge, aber jede Woche gibt es ein paar kostenlose Sachen. Und das beste daran ist, die Produkte dort sind für kommerzielle Zwecke verwendbar. HIER könnt ihr mal einen Blick drauf werfen.            

Next Stop: Unteruhldingen & Meersburg

Nächster Halt: Unteruhldingen & Meersburg After taking things slowly for a couple of days, I finally was ready to go explore myself. So, I accompanied my family, first to the marina of Unteruhldingen and then to the little, picturesque town of Meersburg. Nachdem ich in den letzten Tagen mal ein wenig Pause gemacht habe, wurde es heute auch mal für mich Zeit, die Gegend zu erkunden. Also habe ich meine Familie begleitet – zuerst zum Yachthafen von Unteruhldingen und dann in die malerische kleine Stadt Meersburg.
