Schloss Neuschwanstein – oder ein Abenteuer ganz besonderer Art   How about a little story for those among my readers who love adventures? It goes like this: Once upon a time there were two sisters. One day they said to each other, “Let’s go to Neuschanstein (Germany’s most famous tourist destination).” It was a cold winter day and a few days earlier it had snowed. When they arrived at their destination, they noticed that due to the snow many things were different than usual – some roads had been blocked. But when they saw how many other visitors set out on an arduous and quite dangerous quest of seeing the castle in its greatest splendor, they took courage. Bravely, they climbed over the barricades and soon found themselves on a road, which had a snow cover that had been trampled by many feet and which had turned into one long stretch of slippery ice.
