Freebie Friday: Harvest of Happiness – Part 1

I managed to finish my next freebie kit – and as promised it’s perfect to scrap all those autumn photos you might take this fall. As usually, this kit is jam-packed with goodies, some of them uniquely created for this kit. You’ll get a set of 7 solid and 15 patterned papers, and well over 60 elements. We’ll start again with the alphas. My Terms of Use apply, so you can only use this kit (or parts of it) for your own personal use. If you’ve missed older freebie kits, they’re still available (tag “freebie”). And now, happy scrapping, friends. I hope you’ll enjoy this new kit.   Previous freebie kits (still available):

Journaling Café: Stories

We all have stories to tell. And we all have ways and preferences of how we like to tell those stories. Today’s journaling prompts are all about those stories we tell:     I had a rather interesting story happen just the other day, and here’s the page I created to tell that story:     The font used for the journaling prompts is “DJB Squirrels in My Pants” by Darcy Baldwin, available at sweetshoppedesigns.com.

Freebie Friday: School Is Cool – Part 5

Can you believe it? I’m already sharing the last part of this freebie kit, which means you finally get to play with it! Yay for that. Today you’ll get the remaining part of the embellishments. Remember to pay attention to my Terms of Use (personal use only). And now, all I have left to do is to hint at the fact that my next freebie kit is in the making, that is, it’s almost completed. And I’ll say this much: it’s perfect for scrapping all those autumn moments in your life. So make sure to check back here soon, so that you don’t miss to collect all the parts. PS. If you’ve missed some of the older freebie kits, they’re still available for download. (Just check the tag “freebies” and you’ll find plenty of stuff to download!)

greeting card

Hybrid Hub: Card #66

Time for my weekly craft post. And I have another card to share with you (though I already have a couple of other craft objects ready to show off, too).   This card has a very simple patterned paper background map, which I wrapped with a large ribbon. Add the sentiment, and ready to go …   A closer look:

Journaling Café: Book Lover

In some places, autumn is just around the corner, which means the weather’s getting colder, the days shorter. Perfect for those lazy afternoons, cuddled up with a blanket and a book on your lap. So, today’s journaling prompts are all about your (hopefully) love for books: I always have a book or two on my hands, so I have something to say about the topic myself. Here’s the page I created, based on today’s prompts:       The font used for the journaling prompt is DJB Squirrels in My Pants by Darcy Baldwin, available at sweetshoppedesigns.com.

scrapbook layout, travel

P2D: Zermatt

P2D simply means turning traditionally scrapped paper layouts into digital layouts by scraplifting them. For today’s post, I found an awesome page that had lots of fun things that really caught my eye: About this page, I loved all the fun layers of papers and embellies. I loved the big cluster of embellishments, the paint splats and the torn paper pieces, and these things I tried to incorporate on my own page:
