Hybrid Hub: Wedding Planner

Bastelecke: Hochzeitsplaner   Look what my sister and I worked on this last winter holiday! We did a real collaboration. Her friend was getting married and she wanted to make a wedding planner for her. So, we put our heads together for a couple of days to create the papers and then put everything together in a nice little binder. And if you come back, I’ll hook you up with the papers, which my sister is sharing on her blog in my next freebie installment. And just in case you wonder, I took all the photos from my sister’s blog post HERE (German). Seht mal, was meine Schwester und ich in den letzten Winterferien fabriziert haben. Das war eine echte Zusammenarbeit. Ihre Freundin wollte heiraten und Schwester wollte ihr einen Hochzeitsplaner basteln. Also haben wir unsere Köpfe zusammengesteckt und ein paar Tage lang Papiere kreiert und alles in einem hübschen Ordner zusammengestellt. Hybrid Hub: Greeting Card “For the Soccer Fan”

Bastelecke: Grußkarte “Für den Fussballfreund”   I’d like to show you a card that I made for my brother-in-law’s birthday. I’m sure you can tell that he’s a soccer fan, so I thought to simply add some money for the next ticket he’ll have to pay for a soccer game. To make the card, I used the flip-card design, cut it out with my Silhouette and added some papers. Was easy enough. Ich möchte euch eine Karte zeigen, die ich zum Geburtstag meines Schwagers gebastelt habe. Ihr könnt sicher schon raten, dass er ein Fussballfan ist und so dachte ich, wenn ich etwas Geld dazugebe, kann er es vielleicht für ein Ticket für ein Fußballspiel verwenden. Um die Karte zu gestalten, habe ich das Flip-Karten Design verwendet, das ich einfach mit meiner Cameo ausgeschnitten habe und dann mit ein paar Papieren verschönert habe. War einfach genug.                

Hybrid Hub: Milk Cartons in a Carrier

Bastelecke: Milchkartons im Träger   Happy new year to all of you. Before moving on to new topics and projects, I’d like to share my last Christmas project of the season. A couple of weeks ago, I made this little carrier with milk cartons. I made the cut file in my Silhouette Studio, printed some of the papers from my Holly & Pine kit, then had my Silhouette Cameo cut out the entire shabeng. Here’s how that turned out: Frohes neues Jahr euch allen. Bevor ich mich aber neuen Themen und Projekten zuwenden möchte, würde ich gerne noch mein letztes Weihnachtsprojekt dieser Saison mit euch teilen. Vor ein paar Wochen habe ich nämlich diesen kleinen Träger mit Milchkartons gebastelt. Die Schneideschablone habe ich mir dafür in der Silhouette Studio Software zusammengeschustert. Dann habe ich alles auf den Papieren meiner Holly und Pine Kollektion ausgedruckt und das ganze dann mit meiner Cameo geschnitten. Und dies ist dabei herausgekommen:

Bastelecke: Weihnachtskarten 2014 – Teil 5   This was supposed to be the last card post for Christmas this year. But then I ended up making a couple more this week, so there’ll have to be another one next week. But here are this week’s cards: Eigentlich hätte dies ja der letzte Artikel mit Weihnachtskarten für dieses Jahr sein sollen. Aber dann habe ich diese Woche doch noch ein paar gemacht, also wird’s nächste Woche noch mehr geben. Aber hier sind die Karten für diese Woche:          

Craft Corner: Noel – 3d Word Art

Bastelecke: Noel – Titel als Raumdeko   I got busy again! That is, a couple of weeks ago a friend of mine and I we sat down together to create another 3d title for our homes. With it being Christmas season and all, we chose to make the word “Noel.” I cut all the letters on my Silhouette Cameo, using white card stock, and then in a fun evening session, we put all the words together. Ich hab mal wieder etwas geschaffen. D.h. schon vor ein paar Wochen haben eine Freundin und ich uns zusammengesetzt, um einen 3d Titel als Raumdeko zu basteln. Da es nun schon mal Weihnachtszeit ist, haben wir uns entschlossen, das Wort “Noel” zu basteln. Ich habe alle Buchstaben auf meiner Silhouette Cameo aus weißem Τοnkarton ausgeschnitten, und dann haben wir alles an einem Abend zusammengefügt.

Bastelecke: Weihnachtskarten 2014 – Teil 4 I’m excited again to show you another couple of Christmas cards. Once more, I made these with the help of some digital scrapbook papers and some Silhouette cutting files. Ich freu mich mal wieder, euch ein paar weitere meiner Weihnachtskarten zeigen zu können. Wie immer habe ich sie mit der Hilfe von digitalen Scrapbookpapieren und einige Silhouette Schneidedateien erstellt.

Bastelecke: Weihnachtskarten 2014 – Teil 3   We’re moving on swiftly with the next set of Christmas cards. And because I have so many more to come, I decided to share 5 today instead of 4. All cards have been made using digital scrapbooking supplies from Sweetshoppe Designs and some Silhouette cutting files. Printed on white or craft card stock. Weiter geht’s geschwind mit dem nächsten Set von Weihnachtskarten. Und weil ich noch eine ganze Reihe weiterer Karten habe, habe ich mich entschlossen, heute 5 anstatt 4 Karten zu präsentieren. Ich habe alle Karten mit digitalen Scrapbookmaterialien von Sweetshoppe Designs und einigen Silhouette Schneidedateien. Auf weißem oder braunem festen Papier gedruckt.

Bastelecke: Weihnachtskarten 2014 – Teil 2   Here’s my next set of Christmas cards. I made them using a number of digital scrapbooking products as well as some plain card stock. I cut out everything with my Silhouette Cameo and then put the cards together. Hier ist meine nächste Runde an Weihnachtskarten. Ich habe sie mit Hilfe von verschiedenen digitalen Scrapbook Produkten sowie einfachem Tonpapier erstellt. Mit meiner Silhouette Cameo habe ich dann alles ausgeschnitten und die Karten zusammengebastelt.

Inspiration am Mittwoch: Karten von K Werner Design   Two weeks ago I promised you I’d be linking you up with awesome youtube inspiration on card making, and then last week I totally flaked it. But as there’s always another chance, this week you’ll finally get to see what I mean. I’m simply going to hook you up with Kristina’s Youtube Channel where she has like hundreds of video tutorials on making all sorts of cards. For many of the Christmas cards I made this year, I took inspiration from her examples. Kristina mainly works with stamps and what not, but her card designs are awesome and even if you’re a plain old traditional card maker or a hybrid card maker – her ideas are easy to copy and definitely worth your while. Vor zwei Wochen habe ich euch versprochen, dass ich euch mit toller Youtube Inspiration übers Karten erstellen verlinken würde, und dann hab ich’s letzte Woche einfach voll verfehlt. Aber es gibt beim Bloggen ja immer noch ein nächstes Mal und diese Woche …
