Bastelecke: Das Beste vom Sommer 2013 – Minialbum   So, today I have something really new, and I’m kind of excited about this. First off, I want to share a little mini album that I made almost a year ago, about my summer faves. But what’s so special about this is that I actually made a little video clip to show you the project. The reason why I hesitated to post it for such a long time – well, for one, I never got around to take pics of it; and for another it got soaked by water last winter (which was a real bummer for me) and totally ruined the last couple of pages. Hybrid Hub: Card #72 – Wedding Card

Bastelecke: Karte #72 – Hochzeitskarte It’s been a while, but I recently had a reason to make another card again. For this one I used a die cutting design by Bird, cut everything on craft paper and white card stock and assembled it (with pop dots to give it more dimension). Es ist schon eine Weile her, aber kürzlich hatte ich mal wieder einen Grund, eine weitere Karte zu basteln. Für diese Karte habe ich eine Vorlage von Bird benutzt, alles auf braunem und weissem Papier ausgeschnitten und dann zusammengefügt (mit 3d Klebepads, um allem ein bisschen Dimension zu geben).

Bastelecke: Blaues Minialbum This week, I’d like to share with you another little mini album I made with my Silhouette Cameo and a couple of stamps and punches from Stampin’ Up this last summer. (Yap, I’m only getting to share it with you now!) I made this one for my niece, so she has to fill it up with photos and text of things that are meaningful for her. Diese Woche möchte ich euch ein weiteres kleines Minialbum zeigen, dass ich mit meiner Silhouette Cameo und ein paar Stempeln und Stanzen von Stampin’ Up diesen Sommer gebastelt habe. (Jap, ich komme erst jetzt dazu, es euch zu zeigen!) Ich habe es für meine Nichte gemacht; also muss sie es mit Fotos und Anekdoten füllen, die ihr etwas bedeuten.

Bastelecke: Weihnachtskarten 2013 – Teil 4 Phew! I’m getting there. These are the last couple of cards I made in the fall that I’m going to share with you, but I think they’re some of my favorite ones (at least 2 of them are). Puhh! Hab’s fast geschafft.  Bastelecke: Weihnachtskarten 2013 – Teil 2 I still have a couple of Christmas cards sitting around that I didn’t get to share with you during December. Here’s the second batch of them using digital scrapbooking products and various Silhouette Studio shapes (printing and cutting): Ich habe immer noch ein paar Weihnachtskarten, die ich noch nicht geschafft habe, euch zu zeigen. Hier ist der 2. Teil. Ich habe sie mit digitalen Scrapbooking Produkten und verschiedenen Silhouette Studio Motiven erstellt (drucken und schneiden): Christmas Supplies used: card stock, Christmas Past by Scrapkitchen Designs (retired), branches from the Silhouette Online Store. Dokumentier deinen Dezember 2013 – Woche 4 With all the Christmas celebrations and what not, I decided to take a break this last week, but I hope you all had wonderful holidays. I for one had a good time, and I also managed to finish my December Daily album, so I’m excited to share with you my completed album: Bei all den Weihnachtsfeiereien usw. habe ich beschlossen, mir die letzte Woche frei zu nehmen, aber ich hoffe, ihr alle hattet ein paar tolle Weihnachtstage. Ich selbst hatte ein paar angenehme Tage und ich habs auch geschafft, mein Dezember Album fertigzustellen. December Daily 2013 – Week 3

Dokumentiere deinen Dezember – 3. Woche Life’s been getting a bit crazy lately, so naturally, I got a little behind on my December Daily pages. But here they finally are! Das Leben ist im Augenblick ziemlich turbulent, so dass ich bei meinem Dezember Album ein bisschen hinterher hinke. Aber sind sind endlich die Seiten von Woche 3!   For this album, I mainly used Christmas kits from various designers over at the Sweetshoppe, various shapes from both, the Silhouette store and various websites. I also used simple A4 page protector sheets and with the help of my sewing machine turned those into pockets. Worked brilliantly, and I like how I could design a great variety of layouts for those pockets. Für dieses Album habe ich hauptsächlich Weihnachtskits von verschiedenen Designern des Sweetshoppes verwendet, und zusätzlich Motive vom Silhouette Online Store und anderen Webseiten. Ausserdem habe ich A4 Klarsichthüllen benutzt, die ich mit Hilfe meiner Nähmaschine in Fototaschen umfunktioniert habe. Hat wie eine eins geklappt, und mir gefällt, dass ich dadurch sehr vielseitig arbeiten konnte.
