Linas und die Dusche You’ve met Lina before. She’s Paule’s sister. And whereas Paule loves boxes, Lina is even stranger. She’s the only cat I know that likes water. Like, actually loves water. And showers. She can’t wait until someone in the family takes a shower. Any time you even walk toward the direction of the bathroom, she sprints ahead in the hopes of making it to the bathroom before you, so she can stay and take a shower with you. She’d probably even sit in the shower with you, if you’d just let her. I for my part don’t like to share my shower with cat. So, I usually make sure she stays away from the bathroom while I shower. But once, she snuck in and there was no helping it. But I took my revenge. When she peaked her head into my shower, I attacked her with the full blast of the shower head. Except that, Lina didn’t feel punished. She was happy, because at last she had managed to succeed with …
Paules Papiertüte You’ve met Paule before. He’s my sister’s cat. And as I told you before: Paule loves boxes. And bags. Pretty much anything that helps you carry stuff. And cats. And when sister came home with a paper bag the other day, Paule was in paradise once more. As soon as the bag had been emptied, he made sure something or someone was inside again. The one little hook to this thing: Paule got himself into trouble when his head got caught in the bag’s handle. But that doesn’t change the fact one bit that Paule loves his bag.

My sister’s cat. Sandy’s nothing like Paule and Lina who live with my other sister. She’s old, nearly died once from a pretty serious infection but then made it and is now still very much part of the family. And – like Paule and Lina – she’s got a mind of her own. Like the fact how thirsty she discovered the other day she was and then decided to use the flower water my sister had sitting in the living room. Except that that water was very difficult to get to. But cat is smart and quickly found out that paws are good for more than walking. …

Meet Paule. Again. (As I actually introduced him to you before.) Paule – well, actually, his name is Paul, but no one calls him that – is my sister’s other cat. I’ve told you about him before, and about the fact that more than anything, Paule loves boxes. Big or small – whenever a box is around, Paule’s in paradise. Need more proof? See here: Darf ich Paule vorstellen. Nochmals. Seht mal hier: And here: Und hier:
Der Beste Platz der World I’m sure you’ve meet Lina before. If not, today is a good day to get her introduced to you. Lina is my sister’s cat. And she’s someone with quite a mind of her own. Like the fact that one of her favorite places is the shower. And the bathroom sink (as she’s not allowed in the kitchen sink.) Yep, I’m talking cat likes water. The more the better! But an even more favorite place of Lina’s may be this spot: There’s nothing better than your favorite person’s shoulder. Well then, don’t let us disturb you, Lina! Je …
This is Lina: Like crazy Paul, she’s also a member of my sister’s household. And while she seems to be quite a bit more fragile than her big brother Paul, she’s actually every bit as cheeky as he is – and just as crazy (as far as cat is concerned). One of the favorite things Lina likes to do is: take a shower. Yes, you heard me: Shower! Actual, real water is flowing, all wet and everything shower. As soon as she hears water running in the bathroom, she comes sprinting, trying to get as much of the water fun as she can get. And after people used the shower, she makes sure to shake the hose with the shower head, so that even the last little rest of water comes dripping down on her. I don’t know how what my sister did, but she definitely managed to get two really rather crazy and funny cats.
Remember Paul? I told you about him the other day. Well, this is Paul: Or well, to be a bit more precise: it’s Paul’s nose. Because Paul has an affinity for boxes. Big boxes. The bigger the better! Fortunately, my brother-in-law just got himself a new office desk chair, and that came with a huge box. Ginormous, when speaking in cat’s dimensions. And so little Paul was more than happy to be locked up in his box, spending a good portion of the day trying to figure out how to get out of the box. And when he’d just succeeded, he was just as happy to start all over again. Who said crazy cat? Oh well, I guess that was me the other day …
