Here’s another card I made with some papers from my older scrap stash. For this one, I found a quote with which I created the little sentiment using various fonts. I printed everything with the Silhouette Studio software, cut and assembled this card, added a ribbon, and voila! Another card done. Here’s a detail:

I‘m ready to share my next card with you. This actually was a really really simple to make card. All I had to do was cut a bunch of flower shapes (with my Silhouette), cut the leaves, stems from green and the flower centers from yellow card stock. Using a stamp and punch from Stampin’ Up I created the little sentiments, added a ribbon, and voila! A card to hopefully delight someone’s heart some time! Here’s a look at some detail:
I’ve been creative again. This time I made a little pinwheel card. I used my Silhouette to cut out the various pieces, plus a die-cut and stamp for the sentiment. Then I assembled everything and I had a finished card! Here are a couple more details:
I was having the greatest fun getting my hands into craft projects last week. After all, I was staying with my sister, and she’s become a Stampin’ Up demonstrator over the last year. Needless to say that she has a huge collection of stamps and die cuts already. It’s kind of like getting to crafting paradise, esp. since I brought with me my silhouette cutter, and all the ton of stuff to combine my love for digiscrapping with crafting. So, there’s no question that I worked on quite the number of projects. Here’s another card I made (with papers from my – very old – paper scrap stash), using my sister’s Big Shot to create some embossing texture on the plain card stock. Having a nifty little machine like the Silhouette to do all your crafting is just the greatest fun ever. Naturally, I have to get all my creative juices going to try out new things, and to create little pretty things, such as this card: Admitted, this isn’t actually a true hybrid project. I made this card with some old scrapbook papers that I still had in my stash (and which now my sister has), so it’s actually a real scrapbooking project. But who cares. It’s pretty, and that’s what matters. Here’s a little detail of the card:

I’m so excited about my new Silhouette Cameo, and started crafting right away. Of course, I still have to figure out some of the settings, but that doesn’t mean I can’t show you what I’ve been creating so far … I found this cute little bunting somewhere online as a free printable, and I had to use it on one of my next projects. The rest was easy peasy to put together. I used plain cardstock, printed a patterned paper for the rosette flower, and assembled everything. Here more details:
I have a very simple card for you, one that was super easy to make and still has quite the fun result: All I needed for this was plain brown card stock (of varying shades), and I printed out some light blue flowers that I cut and folded just a tinsy bit. With some raffia, I gave it a last finishing touch, glued everything together, and there I created a pretty little greeting card.
I have another card to show you. This one was very simple to make: Two background layers, one patterned, one plain denim, a trim, an embellishment and a sentiment. Real easy. Products I used were from Zoe Pearn’s “The Good Life” digital scrapbooking kit.
