Aaah, friends. Sorry for being quite absent lately. Real life has once again caught me, and then with the Summer Shadow Box challenges over at SSD, I got sidetracked further. But hopefully I’ll be able to catch up with you soon, and for now, here’s the latest I have on my PL spreads (on that, I’ve gotten quite behind, too).
Aaah, Freunde. Tut mir leid, dass ich in letzter Zeit so abwesend bin. Das Leben hat mich mal wieder fest im Griff und dann mit dem Sommercontest bei SSD, bin ich noch mehr abgelenkt worden. Aber hoffentlich kann ich meine Versäumnisse hier bald wieder aufholen. Jetzt geht’s erstmal darum, euch meine nächste PL Seite zu zeigen.

It’s Friday, and I’m thrilled because I managed to whip up another freebie collection for you to pick up over the next couple of weeks. This one’s all about capturing those last few rays of the sunshine we get this summer. Once more, it’s jam-packed with goodies like papers, ellies, and a coordinating set of Pocket Love cards. (And as usual: I just couldn’t help myself – it was hard to stop, so with this kit you’ll get more than with my average kit.) As always, we’ll begin with the alphas, and I actually sat down to create a more elaborate one. Take a look at what’s coming:
Es ist Freitag und ich freu mich, weil ich es mal wieder geschafft habe, eine weitere Freebie Kollektion zu erstellen, die ihr euch über die nächsten Wochen hier abholen könnt. Bei dieser neuesten Kollektion dreht sich dabei alles darum, die letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Sommers einzufangen. Wieder einmal bekommt ihr ein prall volles Kit mit Papieren, Elementen und einem passenden Set an Pocket Love Karten. (Und wie gewöhnlich konnte ich den Ausschaltknopf nicht finden, was bedeutet, ihr bekommt diesmal mehr als normalerweise bei meinen Kits.) Wie immer fangen wir diese Woche mit den Alphas an, und diesmal habe ich mich sogar daran gemacht, mal ein etwas aufwändigeres Alpha zu produzieren. Hier ein kleiner Einblick:

Hybrid Hub: DIY Mini Album “Mainau”

Hi friends, I’m back to share with you another mini album that I made not too long ago. This one’s definitely the most fancy one I ever did. It comes with lots of flaps, pockets, and many things to discover. It also has lots of room for photos. I made it using a combination of digital and traditional scrapbooking products as well as some Silhouette cutting files. The main products used are the digital scrapbooking kit “Don’t Cry, Blue Skies” by Libby Pritchett & Mari Koegelenberg, and the sticker and ephemera parts of the Hello Sunshine Collection by Pink Paislee.
Hallo Freunde! Ich bin zurück, um euch ein weiteres Minialbum zu zeigen, dass ich vor nicht allzu langer Zeit gebastelt habe. Dies ist definitiv das aufwändigste Album, dass ich je erstellt habe. Es hat viele Taschen, Laschen und Klappseiten und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Es hat auch viel Platz für jede Menge Fotos. Für die Erstellung des Albums habe ich eine Kombination von digitalen und traditionellen Scrapbooking Produkten verwendet. Hauptsächlich habe ich die Papiere vom digitalen Scrapbooking Kit “Don’t Cry, Blue Skies” von Libby Pritchett & Mari Koegelenberg verwendet und Aufkleber und andere Teile von der Hello Sunshine Kollektion von Pink Paislee.
