We’re back in the Swiss Alps, and that means hiking in the most gorgeous landscape.Our goal for today is the Sustlihütte. To get there, we took the road over the Sustenpass. Wir sind zurück in den Schweizer Alpen, und das bedeutet wir wandern in der schönsten Gebirgslandschaft. Unser Ziel heute ist die Sustlihütte. Um dorthin zu gelangen, haben wir die Straße über den Sustenpass genommen.                     Shortly after the Sustenpass, on a winding road, the ascent to the Sustli cabin begins. Even though we have complete novices among us, we decide to take the ladder trail (Leiterliweg). In other words, though this trail is most direct and short, it’s also very steep. Kurz nach dem Sustenpass beginnt auf kurviger Straße der Aufstieg zur Sustlihütte. Obwohl wir völlige Wanderanfänger unter uns hatten, haben wir uns für den Leiterliweg entschieden.
