We’re back to traveling, because there’s always so much to talk about traveling. This time, we’ll be talking about favorites, highlights, and those great memories. So get your pens (or keyboards ready). And since I love to combine my journaling with scrapping, here’s my page telling the story of a favorite recent holiday …
I worked on my next paper 2 digi layout. I got inspired by this page: What I liked so much about it was the overall composition, the central block of pics and journaling, the scattered word pieces at the edges, and the corners, and it’s what I tried to incorporate on my digital page:
So far, this summer has been incredible (and you can’t say that of every summer in central/northern Europe). We’ve been having week after week of glorious sunshine, of heat, blue skies, and all the joys that summer brings. And I’m someone who still knows how to enjoy the simple beauties of a fine summer day!

Wow! I’m having a hard time staying on top of things here at my blog, can you tell? Life just keeps being a little too busy. I‘m ready to share my next card with you. This actually was a really really simple to make card. All I had to do was cut a bunch of flower shapes (with my Silhouette), cut the leaves, stems from green and the flower centers from yellow card stock. Using a stamp and punch from Stampin’ Up I created the little sentiments, added a ribbon, and voila! A card to hopefully delight someone’s heart some time! Here’s a look at some detail:
I can never get enough inspiration. In fact, sometimes it’s a page I see that actually motivates me to get to scrapping again.
