White Chocolate with Vanilla Crescents and Gingerbread Spice

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate in chunks
  • gingerbread spice to taste, no more than 1/8 tsp
  • 4-5 vanilla crescents


  • Heat milk and chocolate in the microwave for about 1-2 min. Stir, so the chocolate is well mixed with milk.
    With a blender, grind the vanilla crescents. 
    Add vanilla crescents and the gingerbread spice to the heated chocolate. Stir.
    Pour into a mug and serve while it's still hot.


When heating up the milk, keep in mind that it easily boils over.
