Treasure Sunday: March 4th

Sunday means treasure hunting, and this week there were so many goodies again, just waiting to be picked up on the road. Let me take you to where I went … So Cute by scrappyt First stop, was this little cute page with the adorable photo, the fun splatter, the pretty color palette and little scattered pieces of elements.   Handmade by amymom24 Next, I had to pause when I stumbled upon this page. Krafty papers always make my heart sing, and this one has so many pretty things added to it that it has to stand out somehow! The photos are adorable, and then there are the pretty little clusters of elements she added to this page, that make it just worth looking at.   I Miss You by sue.falstaff With this page, the clean simplicity was what caught my eye. I’ve got a new collection of pretties that I’d like to share with you this week.   Stuck on you by Dalis What a fun, messy, splattery layout! It’s so pretty with the soft colors and the elements scattered all over the page.   Creativity by Soco This gorgeous page caught my eye immediately. Not only does it work with a beautiful color palette, but that photo is just wonderful, and what a great job did she do at blending the photo with that artistic, colorful paint mess. Truly creative!   Your Home by LilisMother My next pick for today is another sample of beauty and creativity. Here’s more inspiration with all the gems that I found in the galleries this week. Let’s start with this little beauty here: Beautiful by twinsmomflor What a great artistic approach to a digiscrap page! The blending of backgrounds, elements/brushes and the large photo is stunning, and I love the little elements she added to give this page a more three-dimensional feel.   Memories Live Here by wombat146 Next up is this gorgeous gem, which has a great composition and such a lovely mixture of elements and papers. Wow, it’s been a while since I blogged last time. Been away for a couple of days, and then it’s always so hard to get back into the blogging routine: Where do I start? Do I try to keep up? Well, I decided that today is the day for me to jump back in, and of course, it’s time to show you some of the treasures I found this week in the galleries … Christmas Day by snowdropz Christmas 2011 is over, but the galleries are still full of pretty pages of people who just get to scrap their recent Christmas memories. And I really liked this page, which has such a hip take on the Christmas theme. I love the mixture of clean lines and the little bit of messiness she added. Treasure Sunday: January 8th

I’ve been hunting again. Those treasures in the galleries, that is. And look what I found … Crash Landing by ~Karen~ I was having so much fun with this page. Not only do I like the line across the page to which she clipped her elements and title, but the photo captures the memory perfectly, and the journaling says it all!   Street Art by faby33 Moving on to a quite graphic and artistic page. What a great job she did with the brushes and the blending. I love the messiness of it all, the stamps she added, and the bits and pieces of wordart blended into the whole!   Glimpses of Prague by Therese And while we’re at it, I’m going to show you another quite graphic, but beautiful page! What totally caught my eye with this one, were the beautiful photographs that she edited so perfectly. Treasure Sunday: January 1st

Happy new year!!! Can you believe it’s 2012 already? Anyways, I have a  new set of gems to show off to you again today, and I hope you don’t mind if they seem to be a little “old”, since they’re from last year ;-).   The Bus by fonnetta I’m starting off the fingerpointing with this page which is all about waiting – for the school bus, that is! So full of bright colors and fun elements, this page also has a great composition, with the large photo that is perfectly complemented by the smaller photo and the journaling touches. I love the fun and fresh feel to it. The clustering is gorgeous, and the color palette so pretty. My heart goes “aaahh” whenever I see pages like these – so full of life and vibe. I love the “messiness” of this page, all the splatters and doodles.
